Operations are closed on weekends, holidays, New Year holidays, and around major events.

External Factors:

Severe weather (typhoons, heavy snow), disasters, or traffic congestion in Japan.

Postal congestion due to increased cargo volume during seasons like New Year or summer.

Since post offices and shipping centers are closed during the New Year holidays, shipments will resume after business reopens in the new year.

A: We sincerely apologize, but our items are basically one-of-a-kind and sold as finished pieces. Therefore, we cannot accept requests to change the color of metal parts or components.

However, depending on the item, it may be possible to change from clip-on earrings to pierced earrings, or from resin earrings to metal ones. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to make such a request.
